The leading digital gear display - and now available in ANY COLOUR to suit you and your motorcycle! This version of the DG8 is made by us to your special order, so it will take a few days. We can filter the display to just about any colour you like - but please, be aware that some colours will 'wash-out' in the sun. Not a problem if the display is in the shade, such a sunder a dark screen or instruments, but if it's where the sun is going to shine on it, then it MAY be hard to see. We do not warrant the unit if you can't see it!
The DG8 can learn up to 8 gears, and comes supplied with an automatic auto-dim facility for night-time use. Easy to use push-button programming and supplied with full instructions. ( Fitting information for the most popular makes & models is also available on this web site)
All DG8's are now supplied as a plug-in head unit with a plug-in extension lead (over 1.5metres total length) for those 'universal fits', but each unit will also plug into the model-specific looms for the popular range of motorcycles.
NOTE! The DG8 needs a signal relative to road (wheel) speed to work. If your bike has an electronic speed (Analogue or Digital, it doesn't matter) then you only need the DG8. But, if you have a cable-driven speedometer you will also need the speedo upgrade kit. See related products.
